What is the reverse side of the pelt like?
All of the skins are tanned and treated with an underside finish that protects and seals the flesh of the fur from the likes of liquids and dirt. This finish is soft and flexible with an appearance and feel akin to paper mache.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We usually dispatch orders within two working days and delivery is between one and two working days. Let us know if you need a priority service and we can arrange this for you.

How much is delivery?
We are delighted to offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders.

Do you provide international delivery?
Yes! We charge a sliding rate from as little as £3, dependent on order size and the service required.

How do you send my order?
For smaller orders, a first class service is used. For larger orders we use a tracked service in order to ensure guaranteed delivery.

How do you ensure ethical standards are met?
We carefully select our sources which are currently only two locations. We visit both farms on a six monthly basis to ensure only the highest standards are met.

What if I have a problem with my order?
Just drop us a line as soon as you encounter a problem. We will do everything we can to assist you in order to resolve the issue.

Am I allowed to return my order?
We accept returns within seven days of receiving your order if you aren't happy. We are unable to refund the original cost of delivery, but will refund the full cost of the item.
