Refund Policy for English Rabbit Fur

Thank you for shopping at English Rabbit Fur. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)                                                                                                                                                                                                  

• You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.

• You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.                                                                                                                                         

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods                                                                                                                                                                                                     

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your goods are faulty or not as described, you have up to 30 days to reject them for a full refund.

• After 30 days, we will repair or replace the item. If that fails, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.                                                                                                                                                                                  

3. Non-Returnable Items                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
Custom-made/personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.                                                                                                                                                                                        
4. Refunds Process                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
